Put AI to work without making it your job.

AI should be doing more for your business. We learn how the work actually happens, find what's worth improving, design the fix, and build it.

Three ways AI can earn its keep in your business.

It always starts with a result worth improving. We look for value in three places: time, money, and quality. Sometimes the answer is a process that needs fixing. Sometimes it's repetitive work we can automate or a playbook that helps the team work the same way every time. We choose the simplest improvement that will hold up in the real work.

Use time where it matters.

We look for work that consumes time without benefiting from the judgment, experience, or relationships your people bring.

Questions we ask

  • What do you repeat every day or week?
  • What always seems to land back on your desk?
  • Where do people copy the same details twice?
  • What waits because only one person knows how to do it?

The fix might be a simpler process, better use of a tool you already have, repetitive work we automate, or a playbook that helps the team work the same way every time. We choose based on what the business actually needs.

We build the fix with you.

The work can be small or wide-reaching. We build and install what the business needs, then train the team to use it.

  1. 01Fix the process

    Remove friction before adding software

    Most businesses are here
  2. 02Install the right tools

Set up for the way your team works

  3. 03Automate repetitive work

Take routine steps off the team's plate

  4. 04Build an AI playbook

Give the team a clear way to use AI

  5. 05Train the team

    Make the improvement stick

Here's the math.

Every recommendation ends in a number: the hours back, what they're worth, and what the tools cost. Below are the kinds of moves we set up and some of the tools we'd actually use.

Results you might expect

Each card is a play we've run before in someone's business. The math is an example of what you might expect: it runs on a $200 an hour baseline, so type in your own rate and watch it move. Before we build anything for your business, we measure your numbers. Those are the ones that count.

Take the quiz. Get your first step.

Tell us what you want to improve, how the work happens now, and what you have already tried. We'll give you a short brief with the first process to look at, what to measure, and what could get in the way.

Question 01 / 05

What would make the biggest difference right now?

The operating method

AIAR is the operating method underneath all three offers. We start by understanding how your business runs, improve the way your team works, and only then build the automation. Measure what changed, then repeat.

  1. 01

    Assess

We learn how your business runs today: who does what, which tools and information they use, where the time goes, and where judgment matters. Then we identify the opportunities worth pursuing.

  2. 02

    Improve

We look for ways to improve the work your team does before adding automation. That can mean a clearer process, better information, fewer handoffs, or better use of the tools already in place.

  3. 03

    Automate

Only once we’ve improved how the work is done do we automate it. We build and install the right setup, train your team to use it, and make sure it holds up in the real work.

  4. 04

    Repeat

We measure what changed, fix what does not hold up, and apply what worked to the next opportunity. The business keeps improving without trying to change everything at once.

The tool has to survive a normal Tuesday.

A demo is the easy part. We look at what happens when a customer sends incomplete information, the usual person is away, the task falls outside the normal pattern, or the tool gives a bad answer. Before it becomes part of the week, we decide who checks it, who can see what, and what happens when it fails.

  • Real work

Does it handle the work you see every week, including the messy cases?

  • A person stays in charge

Is it clear what the tool can do and when someone needs to step in?

  • Fits the week

Does it work with the tools, people, and responsibilities you already have?

  • Pays its way

Can we see the time saved, the cost, and the result that changed?

AI only matters when the business is better for it.

Tell us what you're trying to improve. We'll work out where AI fits, what else needs to change with it, and whether the work is worth doing.

If the assessment cannot show at least five hours per week of practical time savings, you do not pay.
